At Delta Cycle, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your sports gear is tracked during transit.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the equipment is in unused condition to qualify for a refund.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
