How long does shipping take for bicycles?
Standard shipping for bicycles typically takes 5-7 business days. Each bike undergoes a final safety inspection before being packed in our specialized protective crates.
What is your return policy for gear and accessories?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused gear and accessories in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, helmets cannot be returned once the tags are removed.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. We include all necessary tools and a step-by-step guide in the box.
What kind of warranty do you offer on frames?
All Delta Cycle frames come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects for the original owner. Components like drivetrains and brakes are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties.
Do you offer professional assembly services?
Yes, we partner with local bike shops across the country. During checkout, you can select 'Local Pro Assembly' to have your bike shipped directly to a certified mechanic for professional setup.
